Dr. Sengendo Gerald Walusimbi

Dr. Sengendo Gerald Walusimbi was born and raised in Uganda. Since childhood, he has always adhered to God. He emerged as a leader in charge of faith matters concerning fellow students during his education life. At 17 years, Gerald converted. God’s call into ministry, being confirmed upon his life and without conferring to flesh and blood, he enrolled into ministry. Gerald has worked with several churches and organizations, guiding, many projects up to date. He holds DDiv, PThD, ThM, BTh, DipTh, DipM, DCM, and various certificates.
He is the President, Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life Ministries International. The Chancellor and a Professor, International School of Christian Growth. The Lead Pastor, Jesus Christ Church International. The Chief Executive Officer, Body of Christ Fellowship. International Officer, representing Uganda at International Association for Theological Accreditation. A Co-Director, Mission Together International.
Gerald is an effectual minister of God’s Word, widely known for his practical, dynamic and unique teaching style. His teachings are always well blended with humor, everyday life examples, and skills. He delights in making the Gospel of Christ known with utmost clarity and accuracy, raising unashamed workmen of Jesus Christ, and aiding lives in need.
Gerald believes every human being deserves a good quality of life, income, and access to life essentials. Thus, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and aiding those in need is the best way to improve people’s welfare and combat the effects of poverty and the current pandemic. A great need to provide relief to those in extreme need and utmost suffering in Uganda leaves Project New Beginning and its backers with no better time to act other than now!
Mukanzi Samm Vitalis
Project Assistant
Mukanzi Samm Vitalis is a Kenyan born and raised in a Catholic family. He got born-again ten years ago by the grace of God. Samm is a social worker with six years of experience working with less privileged people. He believes helping less privileged families will change many lives of widows, orphans, and school dropouts to sustain themselves. Providing access to clean water, technical education, farming skills, and preaching of Jesus Christ’s gospel guarantee the project’s success and extension to other remote villages.
Gregory Cobble
Founder
A former athlete participated in many sports and eventually played four years of college football at the University of Pittsburgh State in KS from childhood. After which, he became a businessman, starting his own Food Brokerage Company, Restaurant, and currently an Ebike Business in Manitou Springs, CO.
He was born and raised Christian. Still, He didn’t fully embrace the faith until a Missions trip to Uganda in 2018. “While in Uganda, he met the most wonderful people. Their simple lives moved him by lacking everything possible regarding what we enjoy daily in the USA without thought. For instance, there is no modern housing, regular incomes, and everyday essentials we take for granted like television, computers, cell phones, access to grocery stores, doctor’s offices, etc. They would wake up daily and drive a few miles just to source water for the day. Yet their hearts are the same as all God’s creation. Full of hope & wonder yet so rich in faith in the All-Mighty God that wants all of his children to enjoy life in full participation.
He could not forget those he met and things his eyes saw. He began sending small support to those he met. Very little but much appreciated. He realized how blessed he was in his life, and he indeed had the ability and resources to help more. So, he started Project New Beginning.
Plans at hand are to purchase land and grow crops to support & help fund the Project. The land will help build a water well where those in the villages can have clean water. Then build a Technical School which teaches a trade for those who cannot afford or participate in school to find employment, support their families, and find hope and a future. In addition, it will build a Church where many can learn about Jesus and the Gospel, which fuels life in all ways. Gregory hopes that those he reaches will give just a small portion of their incomes to help support this cause.
